Fedex Clearance Delay in Malaysia
I ordered 15 bottles of facial cream from US country, the seller shipped the package by Fedex from United State to Malaysia. Fedex tracking show "Clearance Delay" at Malaysia air-port for 12 days already, here is the tracking. So I phone calling to Fedex company to ask what happen to the package. Below were the process steps :
1) I phone calling to Fedex company by international customer service at +18004633339 and I asked "May I know what happen with my package? The tracking shows Clearance Delay, the tracking number is 502573318418". She answered "Your package is hold by custom and required submit pharmacy certificate to the costom, the sender didn't give us the pharmacy certificate, and we can't manage to contact the sender, so we can't clear the package from custom". I wasted RM0.60 for this call.
2) I phone calling the sender (the seller of facial cream in US country) and I said : "My package is hold by custom and I need you to send me the certificate of origin and certificate of pharmacy to me, I need to print them out and submit to Malaysia Custom". She replied : "What certificate? Sorry I don't know anything about it, I need to ask my supervisor about this, can you call back after 2 hours"? I wasted RM0.50 for this call.
3) I phone calling Fedex Penang phone number 046438822 and asked : "My package is hold by custom now and may I know what should I do in order to let the custom release my package"? He answered "You need to apply Pharmacy Notification and submit it to custom, you can contact pharmacy department phone number 042292319 to apply the Pharmacy Notification". I wasted RM0.30 for this call.
4) I phone calling pharmacy department 042292319 and I asked : "My package is hold by customer and I need Pharmacy Notification to clear the package from custom". She replied : "Where is your package now? If you package is not in Pharmacy department or if without the custom form, then we can't examine the products and thus we can't give the pharmacy notification". I answered : "It is already 2 weeks, I think the package is in Pharmacy department now". She replied : "Can you give me the name of person who in charge with your package in pharmacy department"? I answered : "I don't know". She replied : "You should ask Fedex office to check they submit the package to who, I need the name of the person". I wasted RM0.30 for this call.
5) I phone calling Fedex Malaysia phone number 046438822 and I asked : "Can you email me the custom's form? Because I need to submit the custom's form to Pharmacy Department in order to get their approve and get the pharmacy notification in order to let custom release my package". After 15 minutes I received the email with attached the custom's form from Fedex.
6) I phone calling Fedex Malaysia phone number 046438822 again and I asked : "May I know where is my package now"? She replied : "Your package is in Fedex office here". Then I asked : "How can the pharmacy department examine my products if you Fedex didn't send over the package to pharmacy department"? She replied : "I am not sure about, I am going to ask the custom now, after that I will contact u back okay"?
7) I wait for 3 hours but didn't receive Fedex contact at all, so I phone calling Fedex Malaysia phone number 046438822 again and I asked : "How can the pharmacy department examine my products if you Fedex didn't send over the package to pharmacy department"? He replied : "Normally pharmacy Department just need the Custom's form in order to give pharmacy notification to Custom. If they really require examine the product, then only we send it over there". I answered : "Okay, can you give me the name of person who in charge with my package in Pharmacy Department"? He replied : "Sure, his name is Tneh Kor Nin". I wasted RM0.30 for this call.
8) I phone calling Pharmacy department 042292319 and I asked : "May I speak to Tneh Kor Nin"? She replied : "Dia tak ada di sini, semua pegawai pergi dengar khusus hari ini, u esok baru fon dia boleh"?
9) Next day I phone calling Pharmacy department 042292319 again and I asked : "May I speak to Tneh Kor Nin"? She replied : "Dia tak ada di sini, semua pegawai pergi dengar khusus untuk dua hari, u esok baru fon dia boleh"?
10) Next next day I phone calling Pharmacy department 042292319 again and I asked : "May I speak to Tneh Kor Nin"? She replied : "He is on meeting now, can you call back after 2 hours"?
11) I waited for 2 hours, then I phone calling Pharmacy department 042292319 again and I asked : "May I speak to Tneh Kor Nin"? He replied : "He is not here, he went to outside do something now". I asked : "When will he back"? He answer : "He will be at outside until evening, I think you better call back tomorow".
12) Next next next day I phone calling Pharmacy department 042292319 again and I asked : "May I speak to Tneh Kor Nin"? She said he is not here again!!! She told me : "If you want to apply Pharmacy notification, u have to write a letter and bring it here personally". I replied : "Okay, I will go your office now".
13) After I reach there, they told me sorry we can't do pharmacy notification here, you have to apply it from Kuala Lumpur, you can apply it through their website at http://www.bpfk.gov.my. So I go to the website and realize the website is full of error, cannot register, cannot login, so how to apply it from the problem website?
14) I phone calling the customer service of bpfk website and I asked "I want to apply pharmacy notification for cosmetic products". She said : "You have to apply a smartcard first, then only you can use the smartcard to login into our website.
15) I went to check the website and I saw the price of the smartcard is rm330, and the fee of pharmacy notification is RM50 per item.
16) I phone calling Penang Fedex office phone number 046438822 and I asked : "Since the custom block brightener cream only, can you release other items like the cleanser, scars removal cream and cellulite cream to me, and send back the brightener cream to US country"? Unfortunally Fedex answer : "No, we cannot do that, we have to send back the whole package". (Can you see how low EFFECTIVE is Fedex service? I have waiting my products for more than 2 weeks! Sigh! I am not sure Fedex suck or Pharmacy Department suck. I think Fedex didn't submit the custom form to Pharmacy Department before step 6)
17) I post few questions on forum website to get some advices from other people at http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=ST&f=153&t=2151879.
18) Since the Pharmacy notification is expensive as the cost of RM530, I think I will just give up. I will let Fedex send the whole package back to US country. Since Kastam block the product of brightener cream, and didn't block scars removal cream, so if I import scars removal cream without brightener cream will not be blocked by Kastam anymore. I already bought scars removal cream on 13 Dec 2011, it will take 12 days to reach Malaysia, so it will arrive at my house on 25 Dec 2011.
19) I need to include two refund policy documents into the package before Fedex send the package back to United State, because without the policy documents, the seller won't refund the money to me. So I bring the two policy documents to Fedex office but the officer told me that my package is not in this office, my package is still at air-port. Then I phone the air-port fedex and I said : "Hello, I want to include two refund policy documents into my package and I want u send the package back to United State". She answer : "Let me ask the custom first, tomorow morning I will call you back, then only you email us the two documents".
20) I didn't get any call from Fedex on next day, but I saw the tracking status shows "International shipment release". So it mean Custom already released my package. I think the package is released custom so that Fedex can send it back to United State? Or the custom decided release the package to me without pharmacy notification? So I phoned Fedex to confirm it and Fedex told me that the package is on the way to delivery to my house. WOW.
21) Today Friday I still didn't get the package, so I phone calling Fedex office (046438822) to ask where is my package now and can I go to Fedex office collect it by myself? He said I must phone calling Fedex free toll (+60377211388) to ask about it. So I do it and she replied "She said tomorow only I can go collect it by myself, she said she will phone calling me by tomorrow morning".
22) Today Saturday 11.30pm and I still didn't receive any call from Fedex, so I call Fedex free toll (+60377211388) to ask "can I go to Fedex office to collect my package by myself"? He said "Yes, you can go collect it by now and today Fedex office will close at 2p.m, so you must go there collect it before 2p.m".
23) I went to Fedex office at 12.10p.m and the officer said "Sorry, your package is not yet arrive at this office, it will arrive here at 12.30p.m, so I just wait there for 20 minutes, but I wait until 1.10p.m the package still didn't arrive at the office, I cannot wait anymore and I want to QBM shopping complex watch movie in cinema, so I leave a note there by writing "please call me when my package is arrive, 016-4833944 Mr.Zac".
24) I went to QBM shopping mall eat lunch and buy movie ticket and go toilet, Fedex officer phone calling me when I was in toilet at 2.30p.m. He said : "Your package is arrive in Fedex office, please come to collect it before 3p.m". So I rush to get my car from carpark, and I stuck in carpark because too many cars queue up. Then I lap car 120km/hour try to get Fedex office before 3p.m, finally I made it. I got the package now!
Look at all the 24 procedures that I went through! Fedex is suck! I won't use Fedex anymore!

Home Telephone or House Fixed line phone is spoil
My house fixed phone line got problem, I can't make call from home telephone for 3 years already. I did the following tests :Test 1) When I use my house telephone to call my handphone, my handphone didn't ring, my handphone cannot receive the call at all.
Test 2) When I use my handphone to call my house telephone, my house telephone ring, but when I pick up the call, I hear nothing, no sound at all. Even I scream on my handphone, my house telephone also can't hear it.
I login to my modem router setting page and I saw the db value is very low, u can see it from the picture below :
I worry it will effect my streamyx internet speed or make my internet become unstable.
I did buy new phone and test the new phone on the line but the problem is still the same. The seller of phone tested the phone on his shop and he had confirm that the phone doesn't has any problem, so I think the telephone line/cable has problem.
I contact Telecom phone number 1300889515, then press 1 for English, then press 1 for customer service, then press 1 for home purposes. Then told the customer service : "my house telephone has problem, I can't receive call. I heard ringtone but when I pick up the call, I heard nothing. Then I give my house numbers, my name. Then the customer service asked me to confirm my handphone number because she will contact me back by my handphone number.
I called the customer service at 11a.m and the technician call me back at 3p.m saying he was going to my house now. The technician reach my house at 3.30p.m. He checked the cable outside my house, and really I have lost 1 cable. He said he will come my house tomorow with a new cable. Next day 11a.m morning he come again with a van, and he install a new cable outside my house.
Then he come in my house to test the phone and he saw I didn't use splitter, I used an extension as a splitter actually. He said extension will causing the line noisy, make phone call become very noisy because interruption by internet line. He suggest me to use a splitter. He sold me a splitter (RM20) and a red cable (RM2). The red cable is to connect splitter to house telephone line. You can see the pictures below :
Then I login into my wireless router setting page to check whether or not the problem is fix, and I saw the db already increase as the picture below :
I did test to make phone call, and it works too. So I consider the problem is fully fixed. Happy.
In case Telecom technician didn't go your house after you call them, you can complain it to MCMC. MCMC will help you fix your problem.

Make an envelope by self
I think whole Malaysia doesn't sell small size envelope to keep name card, unless u pay extra money to ask name card company to make them for u. Anyway I saw ebay.com has sell them but location is in UK. LOL. If you wish to make small envelope by yourself, the first thing u need to do is calculate the size of envelope u want to make. For my case, here is the size of envelope :
Envelope body size :
12cm width. (It will be 6cm when fold it, so can keep 6cm width of paper in envelope)
8.5cm height.
Envelope head height : 1cm (to close the envelope).
Envelope bottom height : 1cm (to seal up the bottom of envelope).
Envelope left side width : 1cm (to seal up the left side of envelope).
Total width = 12cm + 1cm = 13cm.
Total height : 8.5cm + 1cm + 1cm = 10.5cm.
After know the total size of paper u need, follow the 9 steps below to make an envelop :
Step 1 :
Prepare the tools that u need such as a paper, scissors, glue and pocket-knife as picture below :
Step 2 :
Fold the paper, leave space of 0.9cm on left side as the picture below :
Step 3 :
Fold 0.8cm on each the bottom and upper of paper with ruler as picture below :
Now your paper should look like picture below :
Step 4 :
Fold 0.9cm on left side of paper with ruler as picture below :
Step 5 :
Cut 0.8cm of 4 edges of the paper as picture below :
Now your paper should look like picture below :

use scissors to cut the paper like picture below :

I Decide To Quit My Current Jobs
I have decided to quit my current jobs, No More graphic design, No More website development, No More animation production, No More computer technician and No More businessman anymore. I have 2 projects in hand now, a tuition website and a member card design, after finish this two things, I won't take any projects d, I will pay full time to work for Melaleuca~ WHY??? Well, the reason is:
If I am a father and I have a family, and all my family are depend on me, only me 1 people earning money for them, and if I stay in hospital for 6 month or if I death, my family sure will have financial problems. But if I work for Melaleuca, I will still get my salary when I am not working. It gives me reliable income :)
Even when i am death, the people will still continue go to super market to buy things, so my bank account still will continue receive salary for every month and year without a stop.
Unlike other job, salesgirl, waitress, graphic designer, website developer, all those job are wasting time. when you stay in hospital 6 month cannot work, you won't get salary for 6 month. how sad.
Ask yourself, those Diploma and Degree certificate holder can earn RM100,000 as their salary for every month? And why those house wife from America and Singapore who need to take care of their children every day can earn more than RM20,000 per every month? So, don't waste your time to study further. And if you want to spend more time onto your family, please don't work for time-consuming jobs, work for Melaleuca ba!

Emergency Call 112 and not 999
A young lady was robbed and slashed on the face two days ago in TamanDesa.
She just got off from her car and was in front of her friend's house pressing door bell.. She saw a motorbike with two men coming toward her direction but she thought they were security guards. Then before she knew anything, one of the men has already slashed her face with a knife and grabbed her bag. She didn't know it was a cut until she touched her face and found out it was bleeding. She was screaming out of shock. One of the man came back (they were already on the motorbike and ready to leave) and tried to slash her again. Luckily she was able to hold on his hand to stop the attack. At that time, her friend came out to check what happen and the men quickly ran away.
The cut was 9 cm long and 1 cm deep. Now those robbers' tactic! is to hurt you first before they rob you so that you are handicapped and can't resist them. Even later there are someone to help, they have to rescue you first instead of chasing them. Please be alert all the time and take every precaution measure you could. Emergency Number:

Buy Protein Powder Online.
Whole Penang doesn't sell this protein powder (Ultimate Nutrition Prostar Whey). So I decide to buy it online. I charge me RM12 for shipping fee. But the product is cheaper rm8 than normal shop in shopping complex. So RM12 - 8 = RM4. I rugi RM4 only. Ah ya, car fuel + time + car park fee already more than RM4 okay! So it is worth to shopping online! Buy thing online!
Here are the steps how I online buy this protein powder:
1 - I go to protein powder seller website to buy it. See the picture below for reference : (click the picture to enlarge it to see it clearly)
2 - Then I open and login my maybank website to transfer money to the seller bank account :
3 - Then I print screen the receipt that show on the bank website. Open Paint to save the print screen into .jpg picture.
4 - Then I open and login my hotmail email account, I attached the receipt image to the email and tell the seller my name, address and phone number, because the seller need to write them on the package when going to post office post out the things to my house :
5 - Wait until tomorow. Postman will reach my house on tomorow. Yeah ~

There is different between selling products on your own website and on famous shopping website. Normally people won't shopping in the jungle. They shopping in some famous shopping malls. 3 - Create advertisement there by upload the product photo, write the description about your used thing, and the price, your email and phone number and your bank account number.
4 - On your advertisement, you just need to write "Please email/msn messenger me at (abc@hotmail.com) or sms me at (012-3456789) to tell me how much you have paid me to buy what product, your name, your phone number and your address".

Do I need to go for Degree?
Do I really need to study for Degree? Do I really need to waste so much money and waste so much time to study for Degree? Do I really need the Degree Cert? Does the Degree cert is Importance? My answer is NO!
After I graduated from Diploma program, I have learned how to google search for the teaching materials. I found that all the teaching materials that the college used to teach me are available on the Internet and I can grab all of them from the Internet for free of charge! I regret that I have waste my so much time and money on the college. If I grab the teaching materials from Internet and learn them myself, I can shorten the learning time to 60% and I can save the money for 100% that I have wasted on studying in college.
The Internet has so many teaching materials that I'm interested to learn, I can just pick some of them to learn and it is free of charge!
Regarding Degree Certificate, I don't even care of it, since I can use my experiences, skills and knowledge to get a job rather than use the Degree Certificate to get a job. The boss is clever, he might think "you got the cert but your works seem not to be as good as what he has although he doesn't has a cert, I want the productivity, and he can help me increase my productivity for sure, but you? Mystery...."
In conclusion, I very sure that I don't need and won't go for Degree!
